1.    How much time does it take for an order to arrive?

If you place an order with us for unstitch product so it will take 10-15 working days for order dispatch, if you place an order for readymade product so it will take 8-9 working days time and if you placed an order with us for customize product so it will take 20-25 working days time.

2. What are the delivery charges to my location?

Shipping charges is free anywhere in India if the value of the order is greater than Rs.999/ and we charge nominal charges for international shipping According to distance.

3. My order shows declined at time of transaction but amount will debited from my card? So what should I do??

In such situation you can mail us on customercare@neelufercreation.in with your order details such as order no. or transaction ID and we will process your order or if any situation your ordered product is not available with us so we will give you an more option for similar product.

4. Does Neelufer Creations provide cash on delivery in my city?

Yes we do Cash on delivery but not everywhere in india. To know the availability of COD option at your place you have to provide your area Pin code with us and we will let you know accordingly its possible or not.

5. Which countries do you mainly deliver to?

We ship to almost every major country of the world.

6. Do you have a shop or any store?

In general we do not reduce the prices for these items unless they are put up on sale or any other sales promotion offers.

8. I don't know much about Indian clothes, is it a safe play to pick up something from the BestSeller?

Yes definitely. These items have been selling from a long period of time, and it's always advisable to buy from the most accepted range.

9. Is it possible to get my dress as per customize size?

Yes, it will take some additional days and charges if the items ordered need customization.

10. Is it possible to spot only a particular fabric designs in new arrivals?

Yes, just select any catalog from the new arrivals. Select the desired category given at the bottom of the page.

11. What special fabrics do you use for lining?

we use exclusive Cotton fabric for lining or fabric as per the requirement of dress to be a beautiful look of garment..

12. Is it possible to get special styles of necklines, sleeves or salwar stitched?

This facility is available only for unstitched items. It will not be possible for readymade items which are available only in standard size.

13. Can I get an item in bulk which is on sale?

Some items are available in limited quantity. However you can send us an e-mail with the information you require at customercare@neelufercreation.in

14. If item is received damaged or defective?

If the damaged or defective item is received then we replace the goods within a period of time.


15. Are there any hidden costs in placing orders?

No, there are no any hidden charges and every details description of prices are given with product price.

16. Is it necessary to register for doing shopping through neelufercreation.in?

Colors may slightly vary or may not, from what you see on your monitor with the actual piece. This may be because of monitor resolution or picture tube variances. The image shown is shot from the master piece and we always ensure we send you the exact shown colored product with the same workmanship and prints. Products with dyeing work may have slight variations because of manual dyeing process.
